It is a very cool experience and I would highly recommend it! The food they specialize in here is very good. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn’t think their snow crab legs were very good. They came drenched in water and didn’t have a great flavor. The blue crab is a wonderful experience. They plop the blue crabs on the table for you to eat and explore. The blue crab are live just before they are cooked. I personally don’t think I would do blue crab again, just because you don’t get too much meat off of them and the process seems wasteful. My kids had a blast and I will likely bring my whole family back again, because the experience is just so fun.

The fish and chips were nicely breaded and crispy. The cole slaw was not too creamy and fresh. Broccoli, green beans and carrots tender crisp. A great selection of beers. Worth the uphill trek after visiting the Marine Corp Memorial.

Best crab cakes in the DC Area. Full Stop. Don't bother ordering crabs. Just enjoy the best the Chesapeake Bay has to offer with a side of Cole Slaw.

Pretty good food in a fun atmosphere and acceptable service. It feels pricey to me - the crab cake dinner you see costs $29.99. I’d feel fine paying $20 for it, but $30 feels like a lot.

Great place that we found while walking back from Arlington Cemetery. Nothing fancy but incredible food. Service was quick and friendly. Portions are generous and very tasty. We had fish & chips, BLT, and the fish filet.

It was delicious, the snow crabs was a little bit salty. I love there crabs cakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than that everything was absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back again for sure.

Crabs were very good and we did not have to go all the way to Maryland to get some, which was great. Crab dip was also incredible and had huge chunks of crab in it. Would recommend to people who don't want to make a trek to the Maryland shores!

Food was great, and a lot of it. Did have a reservation but they sat us quick, so if possible get a reservation. Franky was our server, very kind and quick. Out of the way place but well worth it.

I certainly enjoyed the food and service, fantastic location next to my home. The workers are always very welcoming. Will come back again.

Really great service. Do not doubt it. Attentive, and courteous. Pics are size L crabs. The cheeseburger there is also to die for. One of the best burgers I've ever had.

Majority of the service was great! One server couldn't ruin my night. Christian and shawn were amazing and made me forget our horrible server. Traveled 22 hours for this amazing food!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this great restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a wonderful evening and the restaurant was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that successful gathering. The team collaborated in a graceful manner, the food was yummy and my guests were so delighted. We shall definitely return for more events. thanks very much.

You will want to make a reservation to be safe. Service was excellent. We had the crab dip, crab cakes, and 6 large blue crabs. All of it was amazing. I would eat there everyday if I could. Avoid the uptight DC seafood joints and try this place out.

Always great crabs, but their service has gotten very slow and it wasn't even that busy the day we visited. Prices seem to be going up every visit, too! If you're going to raise prices, at least ensure service is above par!

This place takes me back to my summers growing up in New England and trips to Maine. It's as if someone picked up a seafood shack in Maine and dropped it in VA! Awesome food and staff...nice atmosphere with music and sports on the TVs.. the crab cakes and lobster rolls will keep bringing us back! Reservations for more than 2 people are strongly recommended.

We loved quarterdeck! Good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. My wife enjoyed the King Crab legs very much. Will return to test their bar which looked promising. Recommended!

We are so happy that we found this place! We usually go to Bethesda, or somewhere by the Chesapeake, so this is a good alternative. This is close to DC, they have a nice atmosphere, and the crabs and hush puppies were delicious. The coleslaw was not the best I ever had, but very fresh. Perfect for a hot day. We will definitely be back!

We had the best server Vivian! The crabs were excellent and they were hot and ready for cracking. I highly recommend this place if your looking for crabs around DC area.

Restaurant is nice even if it’s a little on the small side. There is outdoor seating with the heating lamps so the deck is available. The portion size of the food is good, it’s filling and delicious. The staff is so nice and accommodating. You can walk in but might be better to make a reservation because they can get busy quick.
