It is a very cool experience and I would highly recommend it! The food they specialize in here is very good. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn’t think their snow crab legs were very good. They came drenched in water and didn’t have a great flavor. The blue crab is a wonderful experience. They plop the blue crabs on the table for you to eat and explore. The blue crab are live just before they are cooked. I personally don’t think I would do blue crab again, just because you don’t get too much meat off of them and the process seems wasteful. My kids had a blast and I will likely bring my whole family back again, because the experience is just so fun.

The fish and chips were nicely breaded and crispy. The cole slaw was not too creamy and fresh. Broccoli, green beans and carrots tender crisp. A great selection of beers. Worth the uphill trek after visiting the Marine Corp Memorial.

Best crab cakes in the DC Area. Full Stop. Don't bother ordering crabs. Just enjoy the best the Chesapeake Bay has to offer with a side of Cole Slaw.

Questions & Answers

Yes they do. They have Pan Seared Salmon and fish and chips

When it closes or they run out, whichever comes first.

Market price $55

Yes just like Rodney said. Old but comfortable

I don't think they do on regular nights. Maybe some occasions

Yes they do have snow crab legs

My husband likes this place because it's casual tucked away from crowded courthouse . We get fish. I think it's expensive.

I'm not 100% on this, but all you can eat is $50. A few caveats: only small size and only in season. They are smart and tempt you with free fries before crabs. Cover them with a napkin and wait for the crabs.

I had a party of 6 and we were seating at a table away from the other guests. Mask and cleaning protocol was in place. There are seating outside. . I don't recommend going in the late afternoon due to the crowd and do make a reservation, it's a lot easier and faster. Our food wss overcooked.
